In this statement AST Assistance Ltd shall be referred to as 'The Company'

The Company is committed to upholding the covenant of professional ethics as described by institutions such as the IESBA and the NRLA. This involves, but is not limited to, a commitment to confidentiality, competence, clarity, objectivity and diligence. The Company and her staff are trained to work within the commitments outlined above and will diligently perform their tasks with the above covenant in mind.

In instances where The Company is contracted to perform legal consultancy, this service is offered under a wholly advisory basis. By engaging in Legal Consultancy, The Company does not engage in an attorney-client relationship and/or attorney-client privilege. Despite this, The Company will perform it's functions in accordance with the ethical commitment outlined above. 

In instances where The Company is contracted to perform Tax Advisory services, these shall be prepared according to the methods and ethical guidance outlined by the Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA), HMRC and statutory requirements, by an agent of The Company operating with the required training and expertise from the ACCA.

The Company is registered with the RLA, Property Redress Scheme and the Deposit Protection Service. The Company also holds a valid professional indemnity insurance certificate.
